We are bringing the strength and well-being communities together for an inclusive, supportive and seriously fun day of lifting, pulling, cheering and raising funds for an incredible local cause 💛
🚨 This is NOT a competition 🚨
There are no fixed weights you have to lift, no pressure to perform and no need to be an experienced strongperson or powerlifter.
Whether you are completely new to strength events, train regularly in the gym or just want to get involved for a brilliant cause, there is a place for you here 🫶
You will get 40 minutes per event stations in your equal ability groups:
– Team Industry Sponsored Traditional Deadlift
– MuscleSquad Sponsored Standard Overhead Press
Floor to overhead
– Strength Register Sponsored Sandbag to Shoulder
– Daz-Tran Truck Pull Sponsored by Bcoming
Then at 2pm we all come together for the event station that really brings it all together.
The Tandem Deadlift – A two person lift to highlight how through Communication & Trust we can save lives.

When booking, we ask you to provide your current personal bests.
This helps us:
✅ Place everyone into equal ability groups
✅ Keep the atmosphere supportive and welcoming
✅ Make weight changes between lifts run smoothly
✅ Ensure everyone gets the most from the day
On the day, you will take part in all four event stations with your group. Expect big encouragement, brilliant people, loads of laughs and a proper community atmosphere from start to finish 💛
