Sandwich Community Listings / Events

Please note the Sandwich Community Website only accepts new FREE entries for Listings and Events that are within 5km of Sandwich Guildhall.

FREE Listings can be edited easily anytime with details of Description, Photos, Location, Contact Information, Social Media links and the ability to upload files in PDF format (e.g. Menus, Brochures, etc.).

You welcome to further promote your business and help to contribute to the running costs by being FEATURED. This will then feature your business on the home page and also be listed first in your Category.
A FEATURED listing is less than £1 / week i.e. £50 paid annually.

Outside the 5km Area? - Be a Supporter

If you are based outside of the area, but still wish to be promoted to the Sandwich community, please consider becoming a SUPPORTER and help with running costs. For example, a country pub with live music, a plumber in Ramsgate, a Cakery or a Spa near Dover.

You have all the features of a FREE listing, including adding your Events.
A SUPPORTER listing is less than 50p / week i.e. £25 paid annually.

Please note the website is NOT FOR PROFIT, created and maintained by the Sandwich community. Being either FEATURED or a SUPPORTER is a facility to help with website server costs, the "We Love Sandwich" campaign free window clings and printing expenses. Thank you.

👤 MY ACCOUNT (Top Right Menu)

Your My Account area is where you manage your personal details and contributions.

🔐 How to Access Your Account

  1. Click “My Account” in the top right corner.
  2. Log in using your email and password
    (or register if you’re new)

📝 What You Can Do in My Account

  • Update your profile details
  • Change your password
  • View and manage your submitted listings & events
  • Edit or delete your listings
  • Upload or update images

⚙️ Tips

  • Use a recognisable name if you’re submitting listings
  • Keep your contact details up to date in case we need to reach you

Want to showcase a local business, attraction, or hidden gem in Sandwich?

➕ How to Add a Listing

  1. Click “Add Listing” from the main menu
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Listing Name
    • Category (e.g. Restaurant, Shop, Attraction)
    • Address & Location
    • Description
    • Contact Details (website, phone, etc.)
  3. Upload high-quality images
  4. Click Submit

  • Use clear, well-lit photos
  • Landscape images work best
  • Avoid blurry or low-resolution images

  • Your submission will be reviewed
  • Once approved, it will appear on the site
