Join Sandwich Folk & Ale Festival for the 2nd Annual Mermaids Locker Conker Competition on Thursday 29th October!
We had an absolute blast last time and The Mermaids Locker have kindly invited us back to establish once and for all (at least for this year!) who is Sandwich’s Supreme Conker Champion.
Last years Conker Champion Jack Humphreys has been training fiercely and needs knocking of his perch.
+ Competition is 6:30pm for 7pm start
+ £3 entry, Conkers and shoelaces provided (you should wear your own shoes)
+ Sweepstake £1 entry
+ No sneaky Conkers in interests of fair play
+ Bar snacks available for purchase in a lovely local pub known for its ambience and quirky but warm welcome
+ Opportunity to play some 80s bangers on the only Vinyl Jukebox in town for a small donation to the festival
