Ash Cartwright and Kelsey is a village school with a long history at being at the heart of the local community and we are proud of our happy, friendly and caring school. In 2021 we celebrated our 300th anniversary – there has been a school in Ash since 1721 – quite an achievement! We believe in learning together and allowing all children to flourish. Our goal is to ensure that children enjoy their time with us and develop a lifelong love of learning and leave with a wealth of fond memories. We are committed to developing an exciting wider curriculum and ensure that our children are taught in a stimulating environment by a team of talented, enthusiastic and dedicated staff. We are fortunate to be placed in a beautiful setting with lovely grounds and a new purpose built school. We really promote outdoor learning and make the most of our pond, MUGA area and nature area.
