Roseyard is a luxurious rural retreat near Eastry, comprised of three separate buildings rented together on an exclusive basis. All are within metres of each other and have their own unique style.

In total there are 11 bedrooms (nine en-suite, one family bathroom), two kitchens, multiple living areas, beautiful gardens with play area, outside dining and large gas BBQ, and a pool house and gym. There are four TV areas, two inside dining areas, one which can seat all 22 guests, playroom, snugs and so much more.

All bedrooms have luxurious 400-thread-count sheets and natural duvets, and the bathrooms come stocked with Malin & Goetz bath products.

Families, corporate stays and events are welcome but extra day guests are not accommodated.
Up to three dogs are welcome free of charge, additional cleaning fees are applied for more than three.
There are two external charging points for visitors with electric vehicles.
Many of the buildings, bedrooms and bathrooms have step free access. A full Access Statement is available on request.
