Profile
It is a great honour to be elected to Sandwich Town Council. My wife and I came to live in Sandwich in 2020 because of strong family connections in the area.
I worked for over 40 years in the Civil Service in a number of leadership roles in governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and large scale programme delivery. I will use this experience to play a part in preserving the great heritage of Sandwich but also to promote and advance the town.
I will be serving on the Council’s Finance & General Purposes Committee and Heritage & Townscape Committee and I will be pushing for a more open and transparent Council that works collaboratively to deliver the best possible outcomes for the residents and businesses of Sandwich.
I am very active in the community in a number of ways, including ringing the curfew bell at St. Peter’s Church.
